Ed's graduating thesis for Mechanical Engineering Degree was "Vehicle Dynamics for the Racing Automobile". Dellis introduced his Fuzzy Dice paradigm as Chief Instructor at the Bobby Rahal TrackTime Driving Schools...this, after 2-1/2 years teaching at the Skip Barber Racing School in the mid-'80s.
While writing full time for SAE's Automotive Engineering magazine, Dellis went on to receive two U.S. Patents for PersonaGrip custom-molded grips that you see everywhere in factory assembly lines and on steering wheels used in IndyCar, F1/NASCAR/IMSA, et al.
